1. Introduction

Welcome to AIMindEdge, a platform dedicated to AI research and automation systems. By accessing or using our offerings at AIMindEdge, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Scope

These terms apply to all offerings, including consulting services, digital products, and physical goods provided by AIMindEdge.

3. Use of Services

You agree to use our offerings in accordance with applicable laws and these terms. Unauthorized access or misuse is prohibited.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, and materials provided by AIMindEdge remain our property. You may not reproduce or distribute without permission.

5. User Obligations

Users must provide accurate information and maintain the confidentiality of account credentials.

6. Fees and Payment

All fees are stated in the service description. Payment is due prior to commencement unless otherwise agreed.

7. Refund Policy

At AIMindEdge, client satisfaction is our priority. Below is our policy regarding reimbursements:

7.1 Services

For consulting and AI development services:

• Reimbursement requests must be submitted within 14 days of project start.
• AIMindEdge may offer credit toward future offerings if full reimbursement is not feasible.
• Offerings that explicitly state non-reimbursable status are not eligible due to custom scope and resource allocation.
• Projects may be rescheduled at least 7 days before the agreed start date without penalty.

7.2 Information Products

For digital reports, courses, and related materials:

• Full reimbursement is available within 7 days of delivery if access is less than half of the total content.
• Requests should be sent via Contact Form with evidence of limited access.
• Reimbursement processing takes up to 10 business days.
• No reimbursement if user access exceeds half of the content.

7.3 Goods

For physical items sold on AIMindEdge:

• Requests for reimbursement must be received within 30 days of delivery.
• Items should be sent back in original packaging and condition; shipping costs are the user’s responsibility unless the item is defective.
• After inspection, the purchase price will be reimbursed within 14 days of approval.
• Replacements are available for defective or incorrect items.

8. Cancellations

To cancel a service, notify us at least 7 days before the scheduled start. Fees may apply for later cancellations.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AIMindEdge is not liable for indirect damages arising from our offerings.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Swiss law. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Bern, Switzerland.
